By enrolling in any course at the Institute of Software Skills Development (ISSD), you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before registering.
Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the full course fee. ISSD reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to enrolled students.
Students are expected to maintain professional conduct within the institute premises. Any form of misconduct, damage to institute property, or disruption to other students may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.
All course materials, notes, and content provided by ISSD are the intellectual property of the institute. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or sell these materials without written permission.
Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the course and meeting the minimum attendance requirement of 80%. ISSD certificates are issued solely based on internal assessment and attendance records.
ISSD reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued enrollment after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

ISSD collects personal information such as your name, contact number, email address, and address when you register for a course or submit an inquiry through our website.
Your information is used solely for enrollment processing, communication regarding your course, certificate issuance, and relevant updates from ISSD. We do not use your data for unrelated marketing purposes.
ISSD does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Information may be shared only when required by law or with authorized government bodies for NVQ certification purposes.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Student records are stored securely and accessed only by authorized ISSD staff.

ISSD maintains a strict no-refund policy once a course has commenced. We encourage prospective students to carefully review all course details before enrolling.
If a student wishes to withdraw before the course begins, a written request must be submitted to the institute. A partial refund of 50% of the course fee may be considered at the discretion of management.
In the event that ISSD cancels a course prior to commencement, enrolled students will receive a full refund of the course fee paid. ISSD will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the student.
Students may request a transfer to a future batch of the same course without penalty, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made at least 3 days before the course start date.
Students who do not attend without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or transfer. It is the student's responsibility to inform ISSD of any absence in advance.
