1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any course at the Institute of Software Skills Development (ISSD), you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before registering.
2. Course Enrollment
Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the full course fee. ISSD reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to enrolled students.
3. Student Conduct
Students are expected to maintain professional conduct within the institute premises. Any form of misconduct, damage to institute property, or disruption to other students may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, notes, and content provided by ISSD are the intellectual property of the institute. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or sell these materials without written permission.
5. Certification
Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the course and meeting the minimum attendance requirement of 80%. ISSD certificates are issued solely based on internal assessment and attendance records.
6. Changes to Terms
ISSD reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued enrollment after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
