ISSD Tech (Institute of Software Skills Development) is a technology-focused educational institute established with the vision of empowering students through practical IT education and creating meaningful employment opportunities within the technology industry.
Officially launching on 07 July 2026, ISSD Tech was founded with a strong social mission: to provide affordable, industry-oriented training programs that help students develop real-world technical skills and build successful careers in the IT sector.
Unlike many institutions that focus primarily on profit, ISSD Tech is committed to identifying talented individuals, nurturing their potential, and guiding them toward employment opportunities in technology companies and related industries.
To ensure accessibility for all students, especially those from financially challenged backgrounds, the institute maintains an affordable fee structure with a course fee of LKR 2,000 and an admission fee of LKR 100.

Our Training Model
Students follow a structured, three-phase learning-to-career pathway designed to ensure both theoretical understanding and practical industry readiness.
01. Training & Skill Development
Students receive both theoretical and practical training through industry-focused learning programs designed to build real-world technical competency.
02. Industry Trainee Program
Upon successful completion of training, students enter a 3 to 6-month trainee program within IT companies, gaining valuable workplace experience and professional exposure.
03. Final Assessment & Certification
Students submit a comprehensive training report evaluated by ISSD mentors. Selected courses also include a Viva Voce (Oral Examination) as part of the final assessment.
This approach ensures that students graduate with not only technical knowledge but also practical industry experience, making them truly job-ready.
